30-Minute Shooting Lab Session: Reserve a 30-minute time slot to get high-volume, efficient shooting reps on the Dr. Dish machine. Each session includes a variety of challenges and goal-based drills designed to maximize improvement while tracking progress. Athletes will build confidence, consistency, and skill — getting the most out of every minute in the Shooting Lab.
