JUNE 1-AUGUST 6 (10 WEEKS) - SUMMER SESSION 1 & 2 - ALL SUMMERMONDAY THRU THURSDAY- 90 MIN DAILYFull Summer Option Includes (2) Split Monthly Payments-A 10-week summer strength & conditioning developmental program for athletes ages 15-18, typically entering the 10th-12th grade. A total of 40 training classes provided over the entire session. Small group classes are capped at a maximum of 8 participants per class. Program is designed and led by Steve Price and our sports performance staff. Training takes place indoors & outdoors. Programs focus on strength-building, speed training, movement, and nutrition.
