JUNE 1-JULY 2 (5 WEEKS) - SUMMER SESSION 1MONDAY THRU THURSDAY- 90 MIN DAILY (12:45-2:15PM)A 5-week summer strength & conditioning developmental program for athletes ages 11-14, typically entering the 7th-9th grade. A total of 20 training classes provided over the entire session. Small group classes are capped at a maximum of 8 participants per class. Program is designed and led by Steve Price and our sports performance staff. Training takes place indoors & outdoors. Programs focus on strength-building, speed training, movement, and nutrition.
